Examination of stomach and intestinal diseases with the most advanced endoscopic equipment
Gastroenterology is a field of medicine that includes the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the digestive system and its disorders.
People in today's world encounter digestive disorders and related diseases very often - this is caused by food quality problems, lack of active and varied body movement, chronic fatigue, stress, inattention to nutrition (eating too little of a variety of food, the body does not get the necessary micronutrients, eating fatty, consuming a lot of fast food, sugar, energy drinks, etc.) and daily routine.
People, who come to a gastroenterologist, usually complain about impaired digestion and poor well-being, a feeling of discomfort when swallowing food - rising acidity, stomach pain, imbalance in the motility of the digestive tract. Doctors notice that even these obvious signals sent by the body are often ignored by patients for a long time until the situation becomes completely bad. Long-unsolved gastroenterological problems develop into gastric or duodenal ulcers and progress, increasing the risk of developing gastric cancer or colon cancer.
"Klinika Baltija" offers its patients the services of a professional gastroenterologist, an expert in his field, a young specialist, who already obtained a huge academic and practical knowledge base. The specialist diagnoses and treats diseases of the organs of the digestive tract, intestines and esophagus, such as constipation, obesity, ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, irritable bowel syndrome, pancreatic diseases, etc.
